COVID UPDATE

SD Force FC Families,

In light of the recent surge in positive COVID-19 cases in San Diego County, SD Force FC will continue to adhere to the local youth sports guidelines. As we try to maneuver and work through the restrictions of the purple tier, we continue to try and provide a healthy and safe environment for our kids. We understand that as the impact of the virus on our local community changes and so too does our response.

To help do our part to limit the spread of the virus, we ask that you:

  • continue to fill out the Health Questionnaire prior to every training session (https://form.jotform.com/201625482226047

  • stay home if you have any flu-like symptoms

  • stay home if you have come in contact with someone who tests positive for COVID-19 or is experiencing flu-like symptoms

  • seek medical attention from your health care provider if you get sick or if you have had close contact with someone who tests positive

  • get medical clearance from your doctor if you are sick or think you have been infected
